What are the shipping options?

DELIVERY TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO DELAYS DUE TO SERVICE IMPACTS ARISING FROM CORONAVIRUS

Express shipping will deliver within 2 working days from when Nautiboy Fishing Lure products are posted at $12 flat rate within Australia. 

We post every Monday and Friday afternoon.

Free express shipping for orders over $150 within Australia will be applied at checkout.

Insurance Details

If you would like us to arrange insurance for your order please let us know before you finish your order, as this will be an additional cost on varying weight and will have to be paid at Australia post.

International Shipping  

For international orders, shipping costs and order totals will be calculated at checkout as different rates apply for different zones.

What do I do if i never recieve my order?

If your item hasn’t been delivered as expected, and your concerned that its missing or lost please do the following.

  • Tracking; Your item is being shipped from Australia so you can track it through the Australia Post website. You will need the tracking number to do so. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
  • Card Received; Check if a notification card has been received in the letterbox or at the door as your item may have been delivered to your local post office. 
  • Accepted on your behalf; Check if someone else at home or work accepted and signed for the item on your behalf. If you live in a large building, check with building management or the mailroom to see if they have it.
  • Address details; Check your address details you gave us.
  • International delay; If you are waiting on a item from overseas, you can check for any known international delays that be impacting delivery times, i.e Public Holidays.

Why are fishing lures out of stock.

Nautiboy Fishing Lures is a small scale independant handcrafted lure maker, we can only produce very small numbers of lures per week and will replenish stock online as soon as more fishing lures have been made.
